Quote Limits

Quote limits can now be set in the Project Type Editor (previously called Allocation Editor). Quote Limits are triggered by the Quote Total after all discounting has been applied. This means that Rate Card prices are ignored, and as long as Services are discounted to achieve a total below the limit, the Authorisation email will not be triggered.

To set the Quote Limit:

Menu > Admin Options > Project Type Editor
Select the Project Type
In the quotevaluetoemail field, enter the Quote Limit amount (with no punctuation)
In the quotewhotoemail field, enter the email address of the User/s whio can Authorise the Quote
Please separate multiple contacts with a semi-colon ;
Changes will be automatically saved. Repeat Steps 2-6 for all Project Types

Please Note: The Users in the Authorisation field must also have the /noQuoteLimit Approved in the Permissions
