You can save Quotes as templates to reuse at any time. This is useful if you know that many of your projects will use mostly the same Services want to offer disco, or you have a recurring project with a client. Quote templates can save you a lot of time as you don't have to create a quote from scratch each time, and if you have a well-thought-out set of Templates you should be able to prepare your Bids quickly.
Rather than having to start from a blank page every time, it is possible to create templates, that contain pre-set Rate-card Services and descriptive content.
Quotes are allocated to specific project types. For example, if you have two project types (Film and TV), you could create two (or more) templates based on the different services usually required for each project type.
To view your existing Quote Templates:
- Menu > Admin Options
- Open the Quote Template Editor
