Create a Quote Template (from an existing Quote)

Templates can be created from any Quote. If you have created a Quote that you know you will use again, follow these steps to Save it as Template for future use:

1. Create a Quote or Open an existing Quote
2. Click Menu > Save As Quote Template
3. Give your new template a name
4. Select if you’d like to use Rate Card rates or Quote Template rates (Quote Template rates means any adjustments or discounts from the Quote will be saved to the template, rather than the Rate Card rates)
5. Click Save

Each Project Type can have its own distinct list of Bid Templates, though the Templates themselves can be shared across many Project Types.
