If you have started booking Jobs against a Quote before the Quote was Confirmed by the Client, and now the Client has Confirmed a different Quote, it is possible to move all Jobs from one Quote to the other.
To move all Jobs (even Costed) to another quote:
- Open the Project
- Open the Entities > Bids tab
- Note the ID of the Quote you want to move the Jobs to
- Locate the Job Count column
- Click the figure in the cell, representing the Jobs you want to move, currently attached to another Quote
- A pop-up will open
- Enter the ID of the Quote from Step 1
- Click OK
- All Jobs will now be moved from the original Quote to the new Quote
