Edit Quote Actuals

To provide Clients with an update of Actuals against the Quote you can print a Quote Actuals PDF, which will show the costs incurred so far on a project against the projected totals from the Quote. The Actuals can be manually amended by the Producer or be set to the Quoted or Costed figures.

To edit the Quote Actuals:

1. Open the Quote you want to provide Actuals for
2. Click Actuals in the page header
3. The Actuals page will open in a new tab
4. Click Reset on the left-hand panel to set all totals, or above each section to change that section only
5. Select Costed, Quoted, or Zero to update Actuals:
   Costed: Reflect current Costed Services
   Quoted: All Actuals to be full Quoted amount
   Zero: All totals reset to zero
6. Click on figures to manually overwrite the Actuals as required
7. Close tab and return to Quote to Print Quote Actuals

Please Note: To print the Quote Actuals, check the Actuals box in the Print options pop-up
