Confirm a Quote

Modified on Mon, 21 Nov, 2022 at 3:38 PM

You can create as many quotes as you need to for a project. This could be because you are proposing multiple alternative options, or the client has rejected a quote or asked for alterations, or if the project requires additional work.

Once your client accepts a quote and the work is going ahead, you need to confirm it in iCFM.

  1. Open the Quote
  2. Choose the Green tick icon to set Status to Confirmed
  3. The Status will change to Confirmed, and many parts of the Bid will become read-only

This can also trigger some automation, such as sending an email to your production team to say a Project has been awarded, or via our API, creating a folder structure for the Project on your network.
