Contacts can be given a Status of Available, Hidden, or Deleted. By default, all Contacts will be Available, and this means can be selected from the Contact drop-down lists on Projects. You may use the Hidden or Deleted Status to remove them from these lists, temporarily, or permanently if they are not available to work for an extended period of time, such as Maternity Leave or Retirement.
Hidden means that they will no longer appear in the drop-down lists, and will not be selectable as Director or Producer for a Project. Deleted Contacts will remain in the system for archival purposes.
To set the Contact Status:
- Open the Contact Records
- On the Contact details header, select the correct Status icon
- Save the Contact
Available | Available Contacts can be selected from the Contact drop-down lists on Projects |
Hidden | Contact will no longer appear in the drop-down lists, and will not be selectable as Director or Producer for a Project |
Deleted | Deleted Contacts will remain in the system for archival purposes |
