Contacts are the people who work with your company, including those who work for your clients and suppliers. You can add Contacts for anyone connected to your business at all. When creating a Project, you need to select a Company and a Contact.
To search for an existing Contact:
- Menu > Contact
- The Contact search page will open
- Enter Search criteria (optional)
- Click Search to display results
- To open the contact record, click the Contact ID or name
- The contact details page will open in a new tab
Alternatively, if you already know the contact ID, you can open the contact record without accessing the search page:
- In the Main Menu, choose the folder icon next to Contact
- Enter the Contact ID
- Click OK
- The contact details page will open in a new tab
To edit a Contact:
- Use the steps above to locate and open the Contact details page
- Update or add the information
- Click Save
