Add Custom Rate Card

If you have a different set of prices agreed for one particular client, you can save this in your system as a Custom Rate Card. A Custom Rate Card can be linked to a Company or a Product. For example, you have agreed to charge a lower rate to a regular client, or on all projects taken on via an agency.

How to create a Custom Rate Card:

1. Menu > Admin Options > Custom Rate Card
2. Click Add New
3. Enter a name for the new Rate Card
4. Click OK. Your new Rate Card will appear in the list on the left
5. Click the Rate Card to add Services
6. Use the fields in the Rate Card header to select Services with Custom Rates
7. Add Custom Rates to the Services

If you already have a Custom Rate Card set up that you want to use as a base for a new one, then you can use the duplicate button and make changes from that.

Please Note: You will need permissions from the Rate Card drop down to add Custom Rate Cards.
