If you are no longer using a Service, and want to prevent it from being used in any new quotes, you can change the Status of the Rate Card Item to Hidden, or Deleted, as required.
| Available | This Rate Card Item can be selected in Quotes, Bookings, and Billing |
| Hidden | Prevents this service from being added to future Quotes or Jobs, but will not affect any current Projects already using this Service. |
| Deleted | Stops this Service from being used with immediate effect. This will affect current projects as you will not be able to save any Quote, Job or Invoice using this Service. |
To Edit Rate Card Status, follow the steps below:
- Menu > Admin Options
- Rate Card
- Click Search to view all Available Rate Card Items
- Click the yellow edit icon next to the Rate Card Item you want to delete
- Edit Rate Card Items pop-up will open
- Change the Status to Hidden or Deleted, as required
- Save
Please Note: Rate Card items with a Status of Hidden or Deleted will be hidden from the Rate Card page, but the record is not deleted. You can view Hidden or Deleted Rate Card items by selecting / unselecting the checkboxes at the top of the Rate Card page.
