iCFM includes a number of keyboard and mouse shortcuts that can save time on everyday tasks. This guide lists them by area of the system, so you can go straight to the section you need. On a Mac, use CMD wherever CTRL is listed.

| Right-click a booking | Opens the Job menu: Print Schedule, Add Media, Split Job, Set Resource Line, Set Times, Copy Job, Show Entity and Change Status. Not available on Client-safe Schedules. |
| Shift + Click checkboxes in the Holiday & Shift editor | Ticks or unticks every box between the last one you clicked and this one |
The Display range steps are 1 Day, 2 Days, 1 Week, 2 Weeks, 3 Weeks, 1 Month, 2 Months, 3 Months, 6 Months, 9 Months and 12 Months.
Please Note: On a Mac, the arrow key shortcuts use the Control key, not CMD. To move the Schedule backwards or forwards with the left and right arrows, hold Shift and Control together (Shift + Control + ← / →).
