Health Checks

Modified on Mon, 4 Mar at 3:25 PM

The Health Checks page is designed to resolve specific issues within iCFM such as duplicate costings and Purchase Order Jobs with missing services, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of your data.

Follow the steps below to efficiently resolve these issues and maintain the accuracy of your Project data:

Resolve Duplicate Costings

  1. Navigate to Menu > Admin Options > Health Checks.
  2. Under the Duplicate Costings heading, you will see a list of affected transactions. For each transaction, you have two options:
    • Click DETACH if you prefer to manually re-assign billing rows. This allows you to separate billing rows from their transactions without deleting any data, enabling manual adjustment.
    • Click REPLACE for an automated fix that will remove duplicate billing rows and create a single, accurate billing row that matches the original intended total. This option is recommended for quick correction and minimal manual intervention.
  3. Continue the process for each listed transaction until the Duplicate Costings section shows no remaining issues.

Resolve Purchase Orders with No Service

  1. Go to Menu > Admin Options > Health Checks.
  2. Scroll to the Purchase Order Jobs with No Services section. Here, you will find a list of jobs identified as missing necessary services.
  3. For each job listed, click the FIX link. This will guide you through the steps to:
    • Locate the problematic job within the project.
    • Add any missing services to the job to ensure it meets the required specifications.
    • Re-cost the job, if applicable, to accurately reflect the added services and ensure proper billing.
  4. Repeat the process for each job listed until there are no more jobs displayed in the Purchase Order Jobs with No Services section.
