Combo Box Options

Combo Box Options allows you to customise the dropdown lists used throughout iCFM. Each category corresponds to a specific dropdown in the system - select a category to view and edit its options, or add new ones.


How to use Combo Box Options

  1. Go to Menu > Admin Options
  2. Open Combo Box Options
  3. In the Select a category panel, enter or select a category
  4. The Select an item to edit panel will show the current options for that category
  5. Click an existing option to edit it, or click Add New to add a new option
  6. Complete the required details in the Add or update an existing item panel and click Save *
  7. The new or updated option will appear in the Select an item to edit panel


Please Note: Descriptions can be added to each option, and the Position field can be used to change the order items appear in the dropdown.


* The remaining fields in the third panel vary in purpose depending on the category. Before adding or editing options, we recommend checking the existing defaults in that category to understand the expected format. If you are unsure, contact CETA Support before making changes, as incorrect entries may affect how dropdowns behave in the system.
