Add DMG Instruction/Billing

Instruction / Billing

1. Click the Green/White + icon to view a list of DMG services from the Rate Card. The services available here are configured via the Combo Box Options area of the system
2. Click on the service name to add it to the row. You can add as many services to each row as required.
3. Depending on your system settings the information regarding the service you have added will include - an editiable description and the service code. The Live column displays the quantity of booked units vs. the number of estimated units, (if the Job is attached to a bid). The Booked column displays the number of units booked and the Actual column is the actual number of units used, both of these two columns are editable by clicking into the cell
4. Click the Red/White X icon to delete an instruction
5. Click the Green/White + icon at the top of the Comments column to enter any notes that the operator might need to be aware of
6. Once a Job is Confirmed, the instructions will appear on the DMG Control page which the Operators will use to view and complete their tasks
7. In most cases, a Job will not be able to be Completed or Costed until each of the DMG instruction rows have been completed by an operator
