User Status

All User accounts will have a Status of either Active, Locked or Deleted. Only Active User can log into and use iCFM; Locked or Deleted Users will no longer be able to log in with their existing login credentials.


Active
An Active User can log in and use iCFM, and depending on User Permissions, may be billable.
Locked
If a Users account has been locked then only Admin / Super Users have permissions to change the status back to Active, allowing them to log into iCFM.
Please Note: For security reasons CETA can't unlock users on your behalf so if you are locked out of your account please contact an admin user within your team and ask them to follow the steps below
Deleted
If an employee leaves your company, you should change their User status to Deleted. You can change the Status back to Active at any time. Deleted User records will remain in the system for archival purposes, but are not billable to CETA.


To change a User Status:

  1. Menu > Admin Options > User Information
  2. Locate the User you want to change the status of
  3. Click the current User status to select either Active or Deleted
