Unlock a Locked User

If a Users account has been locked then only Admin/Super Users have permissions to change the status back to Active, allowing them to log into iCFM.

A User account will become locked if a User either hasn't logged into their account for a period of 30 days, or if they attempt to log in using incorrect details too many times. If you have forgotten your password you can use the Forgot Password option, however once an account is locked this button can no longer be used and your Account must be unlocked by an admin user within your team.


If you have been locked out of your account please ask your admin user to unlock your account using the steps below:

  1. Menu > Admin Options > User Information
  2. Find the locked user in the list
  3. Open the User profile by clicking the ID
  4. Change the user status to Active


Please Note: For security reasons CETA cannot unlock users on your behalf - please contact an admin user within your team
