Across the top and bottom of the Schedule page are all of the controls needed to navigate and amend your bookings.

Depot List | Schedule views can be set up so that they are only available to users in specific Depots, (locations). If views have been set up in this way you will need to change the depot in order to see the views available to the other Depots. If you have Depots that belong to different timezones, your timezone can temporarily be set to a different timezone so that you can view the scheduled bookings in their local times | |
Views List | Views are configured lists of Resources, usually grouped in a way that makes the booking process more efficient. Please see the Schedule Views for information on how to set these up | |
U | Unused | Checkbox to hide all unused Resources in the view |
A | Available | Checkbox to show Available Resources (hides all booked Resources) |
P | Project | Checkbox to display the bookings in the preset Project colour, rather than the status of the booking |
D | DMG | Checkbox to display Jobs with DMG work based on resource they are 'Allocated To'. See DMG Schedule for more information |
1 | This will display bookings in small height (1 text line), to reduce the height of the schedule as much as possible (Please Note: This height will hide the Drag, Copy, Stretch, and Lasso tools) | |
2 | This will display bookings in medium height (2 text lines), to reduce the height of the Schedule | |
3 | This will display bookings in normal height (3 text lines) | |

Redraw | The paintbrush icon is used to redraw the schedule and pick up any recent changes | |
Previous | The Green forward and back icon move the schedule forward or back whatever range is selected | |

Sticky Note | Shows the Yellow notepad in the bottom right corner of the Schedule. Used to display notes that the user has made about Jobs that appear in the current date range. (This may be disabled on some setups) | |
Drag | Click to be able to drag a booking to a new Resource, (swap one resource for another) | |
Copy | Click to copy the booking to a new Resource, (adds the new resource to the Job) | |
Stretch | Click to stretch the start or end of a booking to a different time | |
Lasso | Click to be able to select multiple Jobs in order to change their status, add, remove or swap resources or change the Project number |

Filter | An input to allow the user to filter the jobs based on the text within the bars. For example, a company name entered in here will filter the Jobs and grey out Jobs that don't match. Projects, Job titles, resources all can be used to filter |
Bookmark | Buttons which can be clicked to bookmark the selected date on the schedule. Once stored, click to move to the stored date |
