Add a Job in Artist Access

If you need to add a Job that wasn't scheduled in advance, you can book your own Jobs by dragging the items from the Project list on the left hand side of the screen, to the calendar.
Your most recent Projects will be shown in the Project list in green boxes, however you can use the search bar to find any Project by searching Project #, Project Title or Product Name.


Special Projects are shown in yellow in the Project list. These are Projects configured by your CETA administrator that can include things like downtime due to hardware failure or network issues, and also any internal Projects such as showreels etc.


You need to ensure that the calendar day correctly reflects exactly what you worked on at all times during the day.


To Add an Unscheduled Job:

  1. Drag the relevant Project to the Calendar to create a new Job
  2. Click and hold the top or bottom of the Job, then stretch it up or down and release at the desired time, or click, hold and drag the main area of the Job to move it
  3. Click on the Job to view the Job panel where you can amend details such as Quote, Booked Services, Additional Services and Notes


Please Note: To complete Jobs at a later stage, there must be no conflicts (2nd Pencils), so any conflicting Jobs should be moved or adjusted accordingly.
