Edit a Job in Artist Access

It's important to ensure that all Job details are accurate in order to calculate the associated costs correctly. You can easily amend the Times and Services, and other details of the Job in the Artist Access.


Adjust Times on the Calendar:

  1. Locate the Job you wish to adjust
  2. Click and hold the top / bottom edge to adjust the start / end time OR click and hold on the main area to move entire Job
  3. Drag, and release the mouse button at the desired time


To Edit Job Details:

  1. Click the Job to open the Job information panel
  2. Ensure the details are completed as accurately as possible (see information below)


TimesTimes an be adjusted in the side panel calendar, as per the main calendar.
QuoteThe Quote will be pre-filled, but can be adjusted if the Artist is aware of a more suitable Quote.
Booked ServicesEnsure the listed Services & actual hours are entered correctly. Add, edit or delete services to represent the work performed accurately.
(The Services shown in this drop-down are directly linked to you, and configured in iCFM. If the Service you require is not shown, please contact your CETA administrator.)
Additional ServicesThese are usually per-unit based services that are not known at the time of booking the Job. For example a hard drive may be required. Additional Services can be added, edited and deleted as per Booked Services.
(Additional Services are configured in iCFM. If the Service you require is missing please contact your CETA administrator.)
NotesNotes related to the work performed can be entered here, and will be visible in iCFM as Operator Notes. Click the Add button below to save.


Please Note: If multiple Resources are booked on the Job, then the side panel calendar will display all of the Resources. Clicking a Resource will refresh the Booked Services, as these are associated with Resources independently.
