Additional Services in Artist Portal / Artist Access are Services that the Artist can add to a Job in addition to the main Services they were scheduled to perform. Typically, these will be per-unit type Services, as opposed to time-based Services. For example, you may want Artists to be able to record that a hard drive or a file encode was required, when they were originally scheduled to complete some Flame work. Subsequently the production team can bill the Client accordingly.
In order for Artists to be able to record Additional Services they must be configured to appear in the relevant drop-down menu in the Artist Portal / Artist Access.
To show Services in the Artist Portal / Artist Access:
- Menu > Admin Options
- Click Rate Card
- Click Search to view
- Toggle the A symbol to be green in colour next to the Services you want to appear in Artist Portal / Access
