Generate Artist Login Details for Artist Access

In order for an artist to record their Actual Hours and ensure the work completed on their Jobs is accurate, they will need to log in to Artist Access. The Artist should already be added as a Resource in iCFM, but until you give them login details, they will not be able to log in to or use Artist Access.

Please Note: Artists do not count as User Accounts, so you can have an unlimited number, and they are not billable.

To generate artist login details, please follow these steps:

1. Open the Resource
2. Enter the Username you want the artist to log in with and click Save
3. Click Reset next to the Password field
4. Enter a Password, and re-enter when prompted
5. Share the credentials with your Artist (they will not receive notification from iCFM)
6. Give the artist instructions for using the Artist Access

URL: Your iCFM URL followed by /artistaccess

Username: As set above

Password: As set above
