You can give any Artists access to our Artist Portal for free. This means they can log in and record their Actual Hours, Job Notes, Additional Services Provided, and leave Feedback on a Job.
Please Note: Clients using Azure to authenticate do not need to follow these steps. As long as the Resource email address matches their Azure account, they will be able to sign in to the Artist Portal.
To give an Artist access to the Artist Portal, please follow these steps:
- Open the Resource (Must have Category of 'People')
- Enter the username you want the artist to log in with and press save
- Then press the Reset link next to Password
- Enter a Password, and re-enter when prompted
- Share the Login details with your Artist (The URL for your porthole will be your iCFM URL followed by /porthole)
- Give the Artist instructions for using the Artist Portal
Please note: The Artist now has access to the Artist Portal, but will not receive any notification.
