There are some default Format types that will be available when you start using the system, but it is also possible to add to this list.
- Main Menu > Admin Options > Combo Box Options
- From the Category drop down list, select Stock Code
- Any current Stock types will appear in the second panel
- Enter the new Stock type into the Description field in the third panel
- In the Alias field, enter a Service Code from your Rate Card to link them
- Enter the related Format type into the Format Field
- You do not need to enter details into any other fields
- Click Save
- Your new Stock type will now be visible in Media pages

| Alias | Service Code (must match Rate Card Service) When the Job that contains the Stock item is Costed, it will know which Rate Card Service to charge for, and use the correct price |
