Choose Default Service on a Resource

You can set Default Services on a Resource so the correct Service or Services are automatically selected whenever that Resource is scheduled on a Job. This is useful when a Resource usually performs the same Service or combination of Services, so their usual Services are automatically included when booked but can still be changed if needed.

When Scheduling a Resource with Default Services, those Services are automatically added to the Job. If a Resource has no Default Services, you can still add Services manually when booking.

To set Default Service/s:

1. Open the Resource

2. In the Resource > Services tab you will see all Services assigned to the Resource

3. Click the Default button next to each Service you want to set as a Default (you can add as many as required)

4. Click the button again to remove a Default if needed

Please Note:  Changing Default Services does not affect existing Jobs - it only applies to new ones
