If a Job is no longer going ahead, or didn't take place, you will need to Cancel it.
To Cancel a Job follow these steps:
- Open the Job
- Choose the Red X icon to set Status to Cancelled
- The Status will change to Cancelled
If you cannot see the Red X icon, it means that the Job cannot be Cancelled. To find out why:
- Click the Red Flag icon
- A pop-up will open to show any reasons why status cannot be changed
- These reasons must be resolved in order to change the Status
