Book a Job from the Project Summary

Follow the below steps to create a Job from the Project Screen. This way can make it quicker as details related to your Project will already be assumed, saving you from having to enter details such as Project ID, Product, Contact etc.


To Book a Job from the Project Summary:

  1. Open the Project
  2. Next to Costed Jobs, click theicon
  3. A new Job page will open with the Project details prefilled
  4. Add the Quote ID (in the field next to Project #)
  5. Complete other required Job details (Please Note: by default the Date/Time will be Today's date, and your default times)
  6. Click Save and the Job will be assigned a Job ID, and the Job > Schedule and other Job tabs will appear below


To Add Resouces & Services to the Job

  1. Click theAdd icon on the right-hand side of the menu bar to Add Resources
  2. A Resources pop-up will open. Select theicon to book any required Resources
    • You can add multiple Resources to the Job without leaving this screen
    • Each Resource will be scheduled using their Default Service if they have one (this can be amended later)
    • Any conflicts (where Resource is already scheduled for the same date/time) will be displayed
  3. Close the pop-up
  4. Add, Amend or Remove Services as neccessary
    • Resources can have multiple Services
    • Add Services as required on any Resources using theicon next to the Resource
    • Remove Services as required or theRemoveicon on the Service below a Resource
    • Changes are Saved automatically
