To book a Recurring Job on consecutive days (e.g. Every day for the next two weeks)
- Book the first date of the sequence as normal
- Add any DMG or Notes that you want to add to every recurring job (optional)
- In the Schedule, right-click on the Job
- Select Copy Job > Another Day (Repeat)
- The Repeat Job pop-up will open
- Choose a Start & End date for your repeating Job. This will book the Job for every day within these dates
or Enter a number in the 'No. of days to book' field. This will book the Job for 'x' consecutive dates - Uncheck the 'Don't book weekend / Public Holidays' checkboxes as required
- Uncheck the 'Copy DMG / Notes / Client Attending info' checkboxes as required
- Check the 'Book as Confirmed' checkbox if you want the Jobs to be Confirmed straight away
- Click Book Jobs
- The new Jobs will be booked
- Review your new Jobs in the white box, and Cancel any Jobs made in error
- Click Close
To book a Recurring Job on non-consecutive days (e.g. Every Monday)
- Book the first date of the sequence as normal
- Add any DMG or Notes that you want to add to every recurring job (optional)
- In the Schedule, right-click on the Job
- Select Copy Job > Another Day (Repeat)
- The Repeat Job pop-up will open
- Change the Start and End date to the date of the next recurring Job
- Uncheck the DMG / Notes / Client Attending info as required
- Check the 'Book as Confirmed' checkbox if you want the Jobs to be Confirmed straight away
- To book additional dates, use the 'Book additional dates' calendar
- Select all other dates you want
- The selected dates will appear on the right-hand side
- If any dates are selected accidentally, click the X icon to remove
- Once you are happy with your selected dates, Click Book Jobs
- The new Jobs will be booked
- Review your new Jobs in the white box, and Cancel any Jobs made in error
- Click Close
