Fast Switching for DMG Control Users

If you have multiple users working from the DMG Control on one computer in an office you can enable fast switching, to allow them to record who has started or completed a task without logging out and in constantly. This saves time for your DMG Operators and means you keep an accurate history of who is working on what.

1. Menu > Admin Options > User Information
2. Use the Search tool and click a User ID to open
3. Check the Fast Switching Tick Box
4. Save

To check which users have this enabled:

1.  Menu > Admin Options > Security Audit
2. The list will appear under Switchable Users
