DMG (Dubs, Media & Graphics) Jobs/Requests are the smaller actions that must be completed as part of a Job, such as exporting or importing video files or sharing file locations. These tasks can be requested within a scheduled Job and assigned to Operators or Assistants at your studio, who can pick these tasks up and mark them as complete separately to the main service in the job.
To request DMG tasks:
- Open the Job you want to assign DMG tasks to
- Open the DMG tab
- Click Add Request on the right-hand side
- Complete the Instruction / Billing column by clicking the green + icon, and selecting a DMG service
- Complete the Input / Output / Comments fields (optional)
- The Request is added immediately
