Placeholder Resources

Sometimes you might need to make a schedule for which you are under-resourced. When this happens, we suggest you create Placeholder Resources, rather than real Artists. Placeholder Resources are a way of you making a booking without specifying exactly who is going to be working on the task. Create them in the same way you create regular Resources, and be sure to assign them with the most useful Services if you wish to book Services too. Once you have availability, you can simply move the booking from the Placeholder onto the correct Resource.

To create a Placeholder Resource:

1. Create a new Resource
2. Tick the box Generic
