A Depot in iCFM represents an office location where work can be carried out or where resources and artists are based. It is recommended to create a Depot for each city where your company has an office. If you have multiple offices within a city, you can create a separate Depot for each office location.
For example:
- LDN (London)
- LAX (Los Angeles)
- NYC (New York City)
- SOHO, MIDTOWN, BROOKLYN (Different office locations within New York City)
Each Depot in iCFM is associated with a specific time zone. This feature enables efficient scheduling of resources across different Depots, taking into account round-the-clock, real-time time conversion, including adjustments for daylight savings.
By setting up Depots with their respective time zones, iCFM facilitates seamless coordination and scheduling of resources across different locations, ensuring accurate time management and optimizing workflow efficiency.
Please Note: Depots are initially added during setup. However, you can add and manage Depots at any time using the Depot Editor.
