Public Holidays can be entered into iCFM as a list of dates when your office location will be closed.
Once added, holidays like Christmas Day, Thanksgiving, and Bank Holidays will appear on the Schedule as a large red vertical line as an indication of office closure.
- Menu > Admin Options > Public Holiday Editor
- Enter the required details (Date, Description & Depot - Please Note: You can either set a Public Holiday for a specific Depot or for all of your locations)
- Click Add and the Public Holiday will be shown in the Schedule.
It is possible for public holidays to be shown in different colours for each depot. Please contact CETA for further information.
