Shipping Notes progress through a series of statuses to track their lifecycle.
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| New | The default status when a Shipping Note is first created. |
| Prepared | Indicates the Shipping Note has been finalised and is ready for dispatch. You can Print your Shipping Note. |
| Dispatched | Confirms that the goods have left the premises and are in transit. |
| Completed | Marks that the delivery has been successfully made. This status cannot be reverted. |
| Cancelled | Used if the dispatch will not proceed. This status cannot be reverted. |
Please Note:
- If a status cannot be changed, the option will not be shown.
- Always Check Flags if you are unable to progress the status.
- “New,” “Prepared,” and “Dispatched” may be reverted if required. “Completed” and “Cancelled” cannot.
