Shipping Services

Shipping services indicate the method of delivery used to send an item out of your building. There could be Courier, Hand Delivery, Messenger. You may want to add additional services to breakdown Courier such as Bike, Van etc.

To add a new Shipping Service, follow the steps to add a Rate Card item:

1. Menu > Admin Options
2. Open Rate Card
3. Click Add to open the New Rate Card Item pop-up
4. Enter your Rate Card Item details, ensuring the bold required fields are completed
5. In the Category field enter 'Shipping'
6. Click Save
