High Security Projects

The High Security Toggle activates enhanced security measures. Once toggled, only designated Project Custodians with specific roles can manage Projects, and we record a log entry when someone opens a despatch or library record.

To toggle on high security, Users must meet specific criteria. The toggle will only appear if the User:

• Has a Resource with the same name as the user
• Category / Profit Code must be /Producer
• The Resource must be Our Contact/Alt Contact / Costing Contact or Exec Producer on the project

High Security Toggle

1. Open Project
2. Project Menu > Toggle High Security
3. HIGH SECURITY PROJECT warning will appear

Please Note: If not Our Contact/Alt Contact / Costing Contact or Exec Producer on Project you cannot be Project Custodian or Add Custodians
