Import Costs from Seamless or Expensify

If you use Seamless or Expensify to record your business costs, you can import these into your Project in iCFM.

1. Export your expenses and save as a CSV file*
2. Menu > Miscellaneous Costs
3. Select Import below the search fields
4. A CSV Import file pop-up will display
5. Select File from your computer
6. Choose Seamless or Expensify
7. Click Import

*Please Note: We accept the default export format from Seamless, however due to a recent change in their export format, you must insert an additional column between Amount and Supplier to ensure that the data is mapped correctly. Please check your export follows this format (including the blank column G):
