Record Actuals in the Artist Portal

The Artist Portal is where you can record your Actual Hours, Additional Services Provided, any Job Notes, and feedback.

To record your Actuals:

1. Go to the Artist Portal (https://yoursite.cetacloud.tv/porthole) and log in using credentials provided to you
2. Select the Job from the list of past Jobs on the left
3. Working from left to right complete the following steps
4. Add any Additional Services completed
   1. Use the plus and minus icons to add units
   2. Click 'Save additional services' to update totals on the right
5. In the next section, enter the Actuals against each service on the Job, (Please note: this is always in hours)
6. Add any Notes to the Job (optional)
7. Leave Feedback using the satisfaction scale (Once you have recorded your Actuals, the Job will disappear)
8. The Job will be marked as Complete, and your Actuals will now be sent to the Producer to review
