The Leads Kanban is a pipeline view for managing your sales Leads, accessible via Menu > Leads. It provides a visual overview of where each Lead sits in your sales process, with summary totals for each stage.
The Pipeline View
Leads are displayed as cards across the following stages: New Opportunity, Contacting, Engaging, Qualified, Closing, and Gone Dark. Each card shows the company name, contact name, Lead number and type, title, budget, and start date.
To move a Lead between stages, drag and drop its card into the relevant column. The Lead's Phase will update automatically.
To open a Lead, click on its card.
Phase Summary and Recent Activity
Two tabs are available on the left side of the screen:
- Phase Summary - shows the number of Leads and total budget values per stage
- Recent Activity - shows a live feed of recent changes across all Leads, including who made the change and when
Filtering
The pipeline can be filtered using the search bar and filters at the top of the screen, including Project Type, Priority, Our Contact, Days Since, and a date range. Lead data can also be exported using the Export button.
Please Note: To add a new Lead or search for an existing one, use Lead under the Search section of the main menu. See Add a Lead for further information.
