Leads Dashboard

Leads can also be found using the Leads Dashboard tool.

Leads tab:

1. Open the main Menu and select Dashboard
2. To make this the default view, double-click on the tab that says Leads. This will then automatically save as your default for next time.

Finding Leads:

1. Enter any known information into the search fields on the left side of the page
2. Click Search or hit return to display matching results
3. Click on the Lead ID within the results to open the Lead in a new browser tab

Options:

• This data from the results can also be exported to a spreadsheet by clicking on the CSV button
• The number of entries per page can  be adjusted from the Show Entries dropdown at the bottom of the screen
• A new Lead can also be added from this screen. Click on the Add button at the top right of the page. This will open a new browser tab where you can start adding information
