Install Label Queue Application

If you have a shared label printer that isn't connected to your computer, you can still print barcode labels using the label queue. The CETA Label Queue application* requires you to have at least one Windows based computer that is connected to the label printer.

System Requirements
  • Windows Operating System
  • Dymo label printer or other
Installation
  1. Contact CETA for the download files for the Label Queue application
  2. Extract the Label Queue folder
  3. Run the .msi installer named Setup in the folder
  4. Follow the steps to install
  5. If required, follow steps to install .NET Desktop Runtime
  6. Open the .exe application file CETA Label Queue
  7. Click Yes to configure API enter your iCFM URL, Username and Password
  8. To configure printers, drag and drop each label type to the chosen printer
  9. Select correct Label Queue
  10. Click Start to run API Poll at regular intervals
API Configuration
  1. Input your iCFM URL, Username & Password
  2. Click Authenticate
  3. If successful, click Save to Close
Printer Configuration
  1. Drag a Template and drop on the printer which prints it
  2. Click Save to Close
Templates Configuration
  1. Select a Template to preview
  2. Edit Template to amend html content
  3. Print Template
Printing
  1. In iCFM, open a Media Record
  2. Print Media Label


Please Note: API User must have the following permissions enabled to be able to perform label queue operations:

/showComboOptions
