Within the User page, are some options for what entities created by the User will default to. These include:
- Project Type
- Display
- Job Type
- Schedule View
The purpose of these entries will become obvious once you start to use the application.
It is also possible to set a default 'landing' page. This will allow you to set a default location that will be displayed as soon as you log into the system, which is useful if you primarily use the main Schedule page etc. Currently, there are three landing page options - Schedule, User Information or Admin Options.
All of the User Defaults can be overwritten at the time of creating a Project/Bid/Job etc - but it saves time if the User is regularly using the same values.
