From the Schedule page, you can sort and filter the information you can see on the Schedule by creating a Dynamic View. By default, your Depot will be selected, however this can be changed if you want to see Bookings on other or all Depots.
To create a Dynamic View on the Schedule:
- Open the Schedule
- Click the ? icon on the toolbar
- The Dynamic View pop-up will open
- Enter your Search criteria using one or more fields
- Click Search
- The Resources matching for the criteria chosen will display on the Schedule
Please Note: Your Search Criteria will be saved so that you can adjust the search without completing the details again. You can reset the Dynamic View search by clicking Clear at the bottom of the pop-up window.

Show Holidays and Shifts | Tick/Untick to show Holidays and Shifts in the Schedule |
