Product is a required field when creating a Project or Quote but what you enter here is defined depending on your business model. If you work in advertising, then the Product is the thing being sold in the commercial (i.e. Oral-B iO-9); however, if you work in the production of non-commercial projects such as Movies or TV, then the Product might be the film or show's title, with the associated Projects being named after the spot, trailer, or feature.
Your Product list will build up over time as you use the software and any values you add should be based on something re-usable, as you will choose from previous Products going forwards to avoid creating duplicates.
To find your products, follow these steps:
- Open the Main Menu from the top left corner of the home page
- Click the word Product from the “Admin” section
- A new page will open showing some search fields
- Enter any required criteria (or just leave blank)
- Click the Search button
- You will be shown a list of matching Products
- Click the Product's ID or Name to open it in full
