Create a Schedule View

You can select and save a Schedule View in order to show specific Resources, such as People, Rooms, or Equipment, necessary for job bookings on your schedule, to display on the Schedule page. Views can be tailored to a specific geographic locations or department, to ensure all essential Resources are visible. Additionally, you can create Milestone Views for planning phases and viewing deadlines by simply including 'Milestone' in the view’s title.


To add a new Schedule View:

  1. Select Menu > Admin Options > View Editor
  2. Click the Create View button in the Views section
  3. Enter a name for the new Schedule View
  4. Select a Depot if required, or leave blank if the view should be available to all Depots
  5. Click Save


To add Resources to a Schedule View

  1. In the Views section, click into the View Name field, and select the view you just created
  2. Use the filters in the Resources section to identify the Resources you want to add to the view (optional)
  3. Click Refresh to show the results
  4. Add/Remove Resources to the View by double-clicking them
  5. Drag the Resources to change the order, or use the green arrow icons


How to edit a View in the Schedule:

  1. Open the Schedule
  2. Select the View
  3. Click the green + icon on any Resource on the left-hand side to add a Resource below
  4. Select the Resource
  5. Click Add
  6. The new Resource will be added to the next row below
  7. To remove a Resource from a view, click the Red/White X icon


Milestone View

  • Follow the steps above to add a new view, but include the word 'Milestone' in the title to designate it as a Milestone View
  • Add Milestones within the Project > Milestones tab
