Modified on Wed, 19 Oct, 2022 at 11:55 AM

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) gives an extra layer of security used to make sure that people trying to gain access to an online account are who they say they are. Two-Factor Authentication, requires a smartphone (Apple or Android iOS) and an Authenticator App. We recommend Google Authenticator, however others are available.

To enable Two-Factor Authentication:

  1. Open Profile Editor (Cog icon next to Sign Out)
  2. Tick Enable 2FA
  3. Download Google Authenticator App (Links provided)
  4. Scan the QR code to add your site to the Google Authenticator App
