Complete a Project

You can only reconcile your Project once you have set the Status to Completed. In order to do this, you must first make sure that each part of the Project has been finalised.


In order to set a Project as Completed, the following steps must be completed:

  1. Cancel or Complete all Quotes
  2. Approve any Misc. Costs
  3. Complete or Cancel any Jobs
  4. Cost all Completed Jobs
  5. Change Project Status to Completed


If you cannot change the status to Completed, use the Check Flags menu item in a Project to see why. It is usually due to one or more of the steps above not being completed. Please use the Project Status guide for more information.
