Stages

The Stages tab is a 'todo list' for your Lead. You can add a list of entries and check them off when they are actioned.

A standard list of Stages can be configured so that each Lead starts off with the same todo list. This is recommended, but you can also add Stages manually.

  1. Select the Stages tab on the Lead page.
  2. Click the green + icon labelled Add in the top right corner of the list.
  3. Enter details into the pop-up form.
  4. Click the Save button to save your new Team Stage.
  5. The details will appear in the list.

Editing an existing Lead Stage:

  1. Select the Stages tab on the Lead page.
  2. Click the yellow paper and pencil icon to the right of the Stages entry.
  3. Update the details in the pop-up form.
  4. Click the Save button to save your updated Team Stage.
  5. The details will appear in the list.

Marking Lead Stages as Complete:

  1. Select the Stages tab on the Lead page.
  2. Click the green double-check icon to the right of the Stages entry.
  3. This will add todays date and time, as well as your details to the Completed Date and By columns.

Deleting Lead Stages:

  1. Select the Stages tab on the Lead page.
  2. Click the red and white x icon to the right of the Stages entry.
  3. Agree to the confirmation dialogue.
  4. This will remove the Lead Stage from the list.

All iCFM installations come with a set of default stages, but it is recommended that you edit them to suit your requirements.

The stages are kept in the "Combo Box Options". The cagegory is "leadstage" and the description is the text you would like the appear on the stage.

When you create a new lead, the full list of stages are added to the new lead, so you can assign them without having to add them every time.
